A few I've used at various times:
From Red Dwarf:
Annihilator (I used that one in Space Haven when the other factions get a little too pushy)
Red Dwarf

Scarlet Lance

From Andromedia
Andromeda Ascendant
Clarion's Call
Crimson Sunrise

I believe Major T. J. "King" Kong taught us how dangerous the bomber was decades ago. RIP you glorious bastard

I'm just a mere whale biologist, but that looks like a Nodding Catchfly Triumph (Silene Pendula Triumph)

If I'm wrong I'm sure the internet will correct me 😂

A coworker was trying to get me to watch The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel when it first premiered, but at the time I was leery of shows with just a first season - it's just disappointing to have a good show cancelled after just one season. I never got around to watching it, I'm going to queue that up for this weekend, thanks for the suggestion!

If you're a Tony Shalhoub fan I'd recommend Big Night

Yeah, I wouldn't call it a 'revival." As the article itself states there have been 3 follow on movies, which I enjoyed, and I hope everyone else did too. I fully expected there to be more movies as long as all/most of the original actors are on-board...well at least Shawn, Gus, and Lassie, and maybe Juliette, and McNab.

Pysch was always a nice 40+ minute pressure release from an otherwise stressful time

Thanks for the link, that's really useful, I had no idea that existed. I also share your frustration with the current state of affairs, I don't think anyone ever saw things going this badly, this quickly

Wow, that's fantastic! I am now all of a sudden interested in how scientists predict solar storms so I can figure out my fall/winter plans. Seeing, and if possible, photographing the Northern Lights has been on my bucket list for some time

Beautiful shot, I didn't realize they were visible that far south, I've always assumed that was mainly a Canadian privilege. Did you time your travel for the shot, or was it a happy accident?

I must also ask, did you have a few steamed hams while waiting for the shot?

They probably just have a regular teeth whitening appt with their dentist, or they use strips. I used to have an hour long commute into work, and I used to apply the strips just before I left the house, and remove them when I got to work. My dentist did warn me to be careful, as applying them right after brushing could damage my teeth...or maybe he just didn't like the competition LOL

I almost played Russian Roulette once, thankfully I was late to the game. The guys wanting to play didn't have a revolver, so they used a semi-automatic pistol. I really dodged a bullet with that one
