You just don't know those people. Also they don't all brag about it. I just learned my BIL ownes 5 rentals now and is looking at more. He also has a good day job, but he wants to transition into pandlordong full time. I know many many people like this in So cal as a construction worker.

I'm telling you, those places are full of depression, conflict, traffic, ample(read: no) parking and those with all kinds of life struggles. People (the ones I know) need some space to maintain a healthy style of living. I can hear the lady yawning through the walls at my place. I yearn for a home with no shared walls sooooooo badly lol.
Mine doesn't fix the house ever. And if she does, it's always with the cheapest bidder.
Then tell me why the mechanism to control production via the solar panels themselves hasn't been implemented? I've seen several viable options, including covers that are manual or even automated and powered by the excess energy...

And are generally rated as trucks because well, they basically are. Truck chassis and motor on them, mainly.
They do make this style, but the single cab option isn't better, it's far worse. We have dog, back packs, sport equipment. The truck bed is always filled with tools, construction debris and the like that is actually pretty toxic (drywall dust, asbestos even sometimes, mold remediation debris, etc) and needs to stay back there. There isn't enough time in the day to go get the kids to and from school and travel to the jobsite and clean and clear the vehicle. Insist there were a better choice but there isn't for some.
It's easy now to imagine an ancient advanced civilization that destroyed itself.
Also reminds me of a comic I read called print crime.
I expect someone to sue jeep at the first ad related fatal accident.
Well, all the fishing knowledge in the world won't help when the fish are all gone.

The issue is the government letting the cheap affordable single family homes (not apartments or condos) go extinct.
