Wow. I'll never tire of hearing that reaction to Yor.
AgriasArseid
She can't risk Aura resisting and trying anything. The safest thing to do when she took control is immediately give an order and have Aura remove herself. It was a very cold and calculated move that I greatly respect from a storytelling perspective.
I assume she's going to stay an assassin after this arc, but I wonder how they'll make it happen without her explicitly saying something like, "I love killing people too much to quit". Either way I'm happy we are finally getting a Yor focused arc, she felt too much like a secondary character throughout season 1.
Injury And Despondence Set The Stage For Heroism... Or Cowardice.
You haven't lost yet, since you got up.
No kidding, these main evils make everyone not Gojo out to be chumps. How he jumped between both Nanami and Naobito, both rank 1s, like they didn't matter and took them out in one move.
If you can get the mod of anime@lemmy.ml to cross promote, then it should not be too bad to move the episode discussion to a different instance, since lemmy users can join both communities and get posts from both. It won't be flawless or without difficulties to make such a move, but I think people will go out of convenience.
A well earned viewership, the adaptation has been absolutely amazing.
Yeah, its such a fantasy staple to just take for granted. The ability to banish evil and heal wounds/cure illnesses are so often intertwined in our media.
I don't believe Helck's team was strong enough to get him out of there and bandaged up. Him passing out sure leaves a big gap in what could have really happened that he ended up there.
Making carbon fiber from earth feels kinda hax. Was that really something she could do in the original game?
That poor cat will remain traumatized for the rest of its life thanks to Yor. Interesting that they are setting up Loid and Yor to clash. It was inevitably going to happen and I look forward to see how they manage it. Though I assume it will just be their orgs clashing at first while they remain blissfully unaware of each other. As for Anya, I wonder what it meant for her to have done well in the Ancient Languages test. Loid brought it up as something worth noting.
Nice, I've heard really good things about this movie.
