I'm sure he'll take this threat very seriously just like all the other ones.

Man receives 900th warning, assures judge it is taken super serial. Judge nods, thank you, I would notice if it wasn't.

Tbh, I'm thankful for this Trump spectacle, show the next generation that there isn't even an illusion of anything but a two tiered justice system. One system for the rich, another system for the not-rich. It's blatant.

I honestly think he wants to be arrested. It'd do his political campaign wonders to spend a few nights in jail and do a Hitler.

So perhaps it's for the best he's only being fined for now.

Obviously it's disgusting, us plebes would have been in jail a long time ago.

Trump can't write a book in prison. He's barely literate, if at all. He can't even speak intelligibly, how could he write comprehensively?

Same way he had his other books written, by someone else.

I'm sure Dick Spencer would gladly write some fascism prose for him

When was the last time that a judge handed out a fine of 1/10th of a penny for violating a gag order? That's how preposterous this fine is. Comparitively it's even smaller, given Trump's enormous wealth. This isn't a punishment. It's not even the cost of doing business. It's nothing. It's showmanship. You want to punish the fat fucker? Put him in jail. Anything else is nothing. It's literally nothing to him. He does not care.

$9,000?

Wow that'll show him.

Put his ass in a cell.

This shitbag thinks he wants to go to jail, but a couple nights without his phone and makeup, and he'll be crying like a little bitch.

Warnings are for people who may have made a mistake or didn't know the crime was enforced. Does the judge really think this whole incident was just accidental or Trump, with his long history in court, doesn't know that judges can jail you for contempt? At best you can make an affluenza argument that he's rich so he believes, with a lot of supporting evidence, that consequences for people like him can never be significant, but like, you'd be a fucking moron.
