Why's that?
Over the last few days, a statement made by the governor of South Dakota about killing her dog has been making the rounds in US media.
Oh, duh. I even knew about that. But my brain did not make the connection. Thank you for explaining!
Someone should fix this and make the dog fly away.
I've seen a lot of dog parks with waist-high fences and I wonder what the thinking there is... I never took my dog anywhere with a fence less than five feet tall.
Thankfully my local one has a tall fence, but you are right, I've seen plenty with lower fences.
