Just watched another apocalypse movie, this time The Quiet Place. Makes me wonder, how come we don't get movies where there has been some massive overnight worldwide change that makes everyone's life better, why is it always bad?

I keep hurting my bad shoulder again. First while pulling the doona up from behind me last night. Then today I pulled a big bag of kitty litter down from a high shelf, lifted it to refill a litter tray, and tore some junk up for the bin

Oh god, I just watched Baby Reindeer
two things, no three,
you just can't tell who is going to become a stalker, I had one, a guy I had never met and didn't know asked me out, I kindly declined, he got nasty immediately and then stalked for months.
I'm so self conscious and unsure that half the time I think I'm a bad guy. Watching that show , omg, not one thing the abuser did would ever cross my mind.
and lastly, and the most important thing, what this series is about, is male sexual abuse. ๐ญ
Another thing in the show, friends and family, people who love us, will help us. Abuse makes people feel alone, don't let it.

I tried those hot rod things everybody's been ranting and raving about. Not a fan. Krushers better tbh
Last time they came out they were big like on the ad you see. This time they are the scabbiest bit of thigh. Very disappointed.

Yah I grabbed some on the weekend and they weren't fresh and were indeed scabby. I had to heat them up in the air fryer.
My op shop finds for today are a 1950s japanese bead necklace and a book on planning painting projects
