Is this exclusive to KDE? Can I use it in gnome?

Plasma 6 Bugs
If you encounter a bug, proceed to https://bugs.kde.org, check whether it has been reported.
If it hasn't, report it yourself.
PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE POSTING HERE.
Developers do not look for reports on social media, so they will not see it and all it does is clutter up the feed.
Should work in Gnome, but I have no idea how that would clash with Gnomes own OSK and how to set it up to be always on top and stuff.
Let us know if you figure this out.
Just noticed that it doesn't work on KDE's lock screen. Hopefully I can find a workaround for that as well.
Any ideas?
Was easier than I thought. Just select Maliit as a virtual keyboard and start Onboard manually. If you tap with your finger in a text field Maliit will come up. When you click in a text field Onboard will open. But Maliit also works on the lock screen.
