Started tomatoes and peppers in my starter box a few weeks ago. Peppers are fine but the tomatoes not so much. Can anybody tell me what's going on here?

Tomatoes don't like being wet, so you have to take care when watering. Shouldn't be misting or spraying them, just water their soil directly. Also make sure there is good airflow around them.

They get 15 minutes on 30 minutes off with the fans. I have been misting them though.

The leaves are drooping but the soil is moist. Any chance you overwatered it for a bit and caused some root rot? I kill most of my indoor plants with root rot.

Almost definitely that's what happened.
