The first emulator to be allowed on the AppStore following the regulation changes is here. iGBA plays GB/GBC/GBA games. To load the rom, download it to your file app, the long open it with iGBA.

Step 2: port it to iOS and load it up with ads and trackers

It had side loaded emulators but they were not allowed in the AppStore. Now they are.

You could use PWA web app emulators like afterplay.io but native app emulators were always banned from the App Store until now
