Hi all, I ordered an RG35XX-H,it worked fine for 2 days, but then the on/off button didn't seem to work, making it impossible to switch on the console.

So I've got a new console, which worked for two days, but doesn't want it any more. It's a shame, because from what I've seen of it, it's an excellent console, and I'm disgusted...

I've contacted Anbernic's after-sales service on Aliexpress, and I'm still waiting for a reply...

Has anyone had this problem? (I've contacted Anbernic's after-sales service on Aliexpress, and I'm still waiting for a reply...)

Have you tried plugging it in and seeing if it turns on? Also, are you using the correct charger? If the same thing is happening twice something seems off.

Seconded. Check that it's actually charging.

I wonder if OP is trying to use a USB C to USB C cord/charger instead of a USB A to USB C cord. That's part of the reason I posted about adapters here the other day. I am not sure what percentage of devices officially support USB C to USB C charging.

It seems like the RG35XX-H uses a button not a switch like you'd see on the Powkiddy V90 for example. Devices like the RG280V that use a similar button can be powered on, even with the battery detached, as long it's plugged in. OP could eliminate a potential battery fault by plugging in and trying to turn it on.

I'm assuming there are no other signs of life like the power lighting up but that could narrow it down as well.

It might also be worth disassembling and looking for obvious faults especially if Anbernic isn't going to take another return.

Well, I tried everything, nothing helped.

I contacted Anbernic customer service, sent a video, and finally sent the console back for a refund...

What do you count as everything?
