If this was Civ VI and you didn't have flood barriers built yet then you'd be in trouble.

Whoever designed website needs to have their keyboard taken away and used to beat them about the head and shoulders. I'm sure the article has information worth reading, but that website design is so atrociously bad that I can't actually concentrate on the information presented.
