#Germany, where #cycling is normalized, but marginalized.

An interesting point of view by youtube channel "Shifter": he reports that, on the one hand cycling has found its place in the country, ok the other #car domination is not questioned.

Still miles ahead of Italy!

Concordo, vivo da oltre dieci anni in Germania, socio ADAC (Club ciclistico generale tedesco, Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club). Il feeling è proprio così : alcune cose vengono fatte, ma è sempre lotta con la lobby delle Auto , molto potente anche politicamente.

Having known a few Germans, I can blindly extrapolate that they love cars even more than Americans do. Although, they love cars because of the science and mechanics of how cars work. Americans, on the other hand, love cars because they are lazy and homicidal people who will literally burn the world to ashes as long as they can get to Costco 15 minutes faster.
