Yeah it's basically spring over in NJ birds and rabbits are out already chirping all day.
It rained in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada last week. It's one of the coldest cities in the world with a half million people. We're used to -40 this time of year, I can't even take my kids tobogganing because there isn't enough snow.
This shit is absolutely wild.
Same here in Ottawa, ON, Canada. We had an actual thunderstorm yesterday and now it's going up to 6C today. Absolutely insane weather for February
Hey, at least we both got 3 days of skating on the river though!
In Michigan. Had a thunderstorm roll through a few hours ago. It was 60°F today.
"Tip-up" festival tomorrow. Tip-ups are an ice-fishing rig. There's no ice.
Winter Carnival at Michigan Tech this weekend. The big draw is enormous snow sculptures built by the students. It rained all night Thursday.
The last 3 days we had rain, then yesterday an inch or two of snow.
This is Winnipeg, Manitoba ... aka Winterpeg because it's usually -40 this time of year.
Every month the weather just gets weirder and weirder.

Ice races were cancelled in South Dakota as well, no ice here too a couple weeks ago.
I didn't look up the temperature yesterday, but warm enough for me to be out in the sun in a T-shirt here in Indiana.
Today it's supposed to be 55. It was warmer than that yesterday for sure, but 55 in February in Indiana when I was a kid? Unheard of.
