It’s a still from an old video of nuclear weapons test footage. The shadow behind the house and the super white glare means a nuclear bomb has just detonated very near by, and the shockwave is coming to vaporize the house in the picture.
Oh, that makes way more sense. I thought it was a house on the moon.
