Isn't the middle of the street the worst place to have crowds when there are a bunch of flying objects with relatively low yield explosives, that might be shot down by air defense and drop debris pretty much anywhere, inbound?

Probably intentional - Ukraine hasn't been targeting civilians and Ruzzia is doing whatever they can to change this narrative

That being said, this doesn't look like an evacuation of Moscow, but a building, could even be a fire alarm?

I'm pretty wary of Russia and false flag attacks. If Moscovites feel threatened at home, they are probably more likely to support the war abroad.

So, I guess Russia decided to just let those UAVs hit their targets instead of wasting expensive anti-aircraft munitions.
