Former President Trump’s legal team suggested Tuesday that even a president directing SEAL Team Six to kill a political opponent would be an action barred from prosecution given a former executive’s broad immunity to criminal prosecution.

This might be the dumbest thing he could’ve done. The judges are going to freak out about this, and just say no. That one judge, during questioning, was like, are you fucking kidding me?

After ~~months~~ years of media coverage about Trump and his stupid actions and stupid mouth, he's yet to see any real consequences. It doesn't surprise me that he keeps raising (lowering?) his own bar.

So let me get this straight. This fucking idiot is arguing that Joe Biden can order Seal team 6 to wipe out the entire Trump family, and then be covered by presidential immunity? Interesting thought process there.

According to their logic, Biden could order Seal Team 6 to kill Trump and then immediately resign, and he wouldn’t be able to be convicted.
