Well, we hit 3% of market share in 2023, so this was definitely one of the years of the Linux desktop.
2024 will be the year of esteemed Academy Award winning character actress Margot Robbie.

I keep wishing everyone a very boring 2024. Makes me happy when they reply in kind.
I feel like the last properly good year, at least for me, was 2012. Everything has just been a slow fumbling collapse since then.

A big part of quality of life is trying to make it good.
The stoics taught that you should focus on what you can control, and that still holds true. I can’t fix the world, I can try, but I can focus on searching for joy in my life.
So for 2024 don’t let the doomers keep you down, you need to put your own oxygen mask on first and try to find the things that will make you happier. Go camping, try a hobby, ask for a promotion you’ve been after.
Dont go full “hakuna matata”, deal with the important stuff you need to, but don’t forget about yourself.
It'll be the best year yet for global warming, that's a guarantee. Every year will be setting new records for the forseeable future.
