Step 1, to play the heffer you will need to adjust your bones with a large mallet

[–] jopepa@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

That’s their tell; the broken fingers always throw Heffers.

Cop, Cow, Canine has a nice ring to it.

Cop, Cow, Dog to keep the alliteration, or Pig, Cow, Dog to have three animals.

[–] DillyDaily@lemmy.world 14 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Isn't alliteration when the same letter is used? So "cop cow canine" is alliterative because of the letter "C", while "Cop, Cow, Dog" just has repetitive beats/syllables.

[–] SomethingBurger@jlai.lu 11 points 10 months ago (1 children)

You're right. Alliteration is repeating consonants. Repeating vowels is called assonance.

[–] DillyDaily@lemmy.world 7 points 10 months ago

Assonance, I had never heard of this, so cool that there's a word for it! thank you for teaching me 😊

Studies show that people pick K-9 65% of the time. Just a little tip for everyone to help you win your games.

See what they aren't telling you is that the cow is into that, and the dog was just fulfilling the cows kink. The cow was protecting his doggo friend from the criminal on patrol.
