This has been Tesla's modus operandi since day one of Musk's involvement and the bootlicking fanboys have helped blame the victims of the failures to keep legitimate claims from gaining ground in recalls.

Claiming customers damaged things that were manufacturing issues is fraud. Tesla should likely be shut down for that action alone. But that would never happen.

Watched the Last week tonight piece on elon musk yesterday, even for their first car, elon literally says to the camera they did a bait and switch.

Add that on to all the false claims about cybertruck pretty sure for which they took money and the roadster which is physically Impossible, the promised range for the form factor of the car, also took money for that.

Their semis are a massive failure constantly breaking down.

The deaths from FSD.

so yeah a few class action lawsuits could be had, meanwhile the company is valued at over 800 billion based on the FSD vaporwave.
