I've had this 1660 ti for a few years with no problems, except lack of VRAM. I had an issue with pink fuzzy artifacts, wasn't too noticeable at first, then I noticed on Apex Legends it was really bad. So I reinstalled graphics drivers and performed a clean install to get rid of possible corrupt driver. After that I did not have any problems for a few days. I got a new m.2 ssd and swapped it to my boot drive, I wiped my old sdd of anything windows related and kept important files. On a brand new windows install it worked for weeks. Then I decided to reinstall OBS, my video capture was 3 fps which didnt make sense because it worked fine before. I've been troubleshooting this for days and I gave up on it. I've tried everything I could, new drivers, reseat it in the pcie slot, cleaned it, and re-thermal pasted, it still works with games and i get normal fps for my specs with my monitor. I don't know if it could be a hardware problem or a software problem. I'm debating a gpu upgrade it might be time.

Gpu is EVGA Geforce GTX 1660 Ti SC Ultra Gaming 6GB
