When do the new offside rules take place, if at all?

People may complain about the mm decisions, but I for one love semi automated offsides!

The line has to be somewhere. Such a black and white rule can really be left up to the machines yeah.

Lol "clearly offside" more like clearly match fixing.

What body part do they use to count offsides I’m confused

Will never get over just how cool this tech is.

[–] etan1122@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

So why doesn’t the PL use this technology

[–] Melanjoly@alien.top 1 points 11 months ago

Typical of all the dumbos on r/soccer to beg for automated offside in domestic leagues, then cry when it's correctly used in Europe.

i don't trust automation. i prefer a referee on UAE or Qatar payroll to draw them by hand.

you know what we should be talking about here? look at how close this offside decision was via computer, and the assistant referee got it right in real time. that is absolutely incredible.

Varchester united

Insanely close, looked onside in the replay. Props to the UEFA VAR team though, the English refs would’ve taken 5+ minutes and still got it wrong.

So why does premier league have 7 minutes to draw lines when we could use this?

Thats so so good.
