A 14 year old boy was arrested today on murder charges being accused of being one of the shooters. At 14 I was a freshman in high school and my butt was home by 10pm or there were consequences. I'm guessing this child has little parental supervision. The odds of him leading a productive life in an unsupervised environment were already low. Sad.
