In modern football this is not sustainable in the long run for a nation with high aspirations.
Your players look very athletic (big, fast, clinical) but I'm not really certain of their quality with the ball. They didn't seem to be able to hold possession too much when pressed. That had been a signature of german footballers for the last 15 years.

Not always the one that plays best wins, such is football. Argentina had too many missed opportunities and Germany was efficient on their attack.
