Hey fellow people,

Like the title says, I'm feeling depressed again after 2 years of euthymia. Lithium was doing its job perfectly. To be honest it's still doing its job, this depression is managable compared to prior episodes. I can distract myself from the bad thoughts when talking with people or reading a book which is really nice.

Hopefully I'll be able to hold down my job through this

Tried lithium...didnt do much. Decades later...got prescribed gabapentin for back issues. Come to find out it shut down the bad voices. No more depression. No more toxic voice/thoughts.

Gabapentin/pregabaline is honestly awesome. Though I've been addicted to it, it could be worth a try to get it prescribed by my psychiatrist
