What's $1.2k supposed to do for such an enormous project? Also, the sentence is a bit odd, so I'm curious if I'm missing something?

I think he's implying he's going to invest another 1.2k in the stock market, in vaccine dev companies / ETFs / etc. I could be wrong...

There is however 80%+ antibiotic resistance with these kids when it comes to one of the drugs used to treat this sort of thing. The concept isn't new but I haven't heard much about it relatively recently, but it sure hasn't gone anywhere
