Probably Bad. This guy is a libertarian extremist with lots of strange ideas.

Idiocracy light, I truely hope he's an actor and just acted nuts to get elected.

Edit: Brought chainsaw om campaign trail to "slash government funding" and deregulate safety standards are my two favorites.

Not great but likely better than they've had, which isn't saying much.
