It was the fact the officials changed their mind over what their decision was that was dodgy as hell.

A few hundred euros in a brown envelope there, lads.

I think if the goal was awarded then we would have held out for at least a draw.

Putting a cheeky tenner on Scotland to end up in a group with England.

And to only show up for that one game, get two forgettable results in the other two games and be home before the postcards again.

Just like their last two Euro adventures :)

We did beat Switzerland in 96 to be fair and would have qualified if Seaman did not let in an absolute honker vs Netherlands

You can argue that Scotland's points total should be higher as a perfectly good goal was disallowed in Spain.

As much of a screamer as it was, Hendry was definitely actively offside. You can say the keeper may not have reached the ball anyway but that doesn't really matter, Hendry prevented him from making any real attempt. It was stupid from him.
