Can't imagine that extraterrestrial aliens would be more weird than what is population our oceans.
Also, 91% of ocean species have yet to be identified, and more than 80% of the ocean is still unexplored. So who knows what bizarre friends may be lurking down there! :)
You can also do that in Stardew Valley if you put sea urchins in an aquarium
I don't know how it's possible to feel more protected when you're entirely made out of spikes, but OK.

It’s true. Urchins do in fact use things like shells as hats.
And some have been dropping hat shaped prints on them for pics.
I just love (/s) how they 3D printed the hats with plastic. Give them some more plastic why don't you?
