This is my biggest second-hand anxiety. I saw someone quit their job to stream Soulsborne speedruns.

I streamed a niche game, where i got the idea for the meme from. I hit 200 followers in the first week and 400 in a month. Had 30+ viewers every day and had a high of 70. My head got big and I thought I was going to be able to stream for a living, luckily I never quit my job or anything. Once the beta ended and they released the game, the game was a buggy mess xD. I went from alot of viewers to non as interest n the game died xD

I hope Vlad NCL finds another way forward, I'm gonna miss my weekly dose of him destroying gender rules.

Does a personality emerge from a diversification of interests/knowledge or is that something else?

I think there's countless people on Twitch with a great personality. It's really a lottery. But alot of streamers usually lose there personality when they play a game outside there comfort. Nothing like watching someone spend 10 minutes chatting with themselves trying to decide between 10% damage or 10% Ho boost.
