Right decision by Douc. When he hits it first time he usually scores, if he takes a touch he panics

[–] zatpip@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

This west ham were top of the table after 3-4 GW. What happen gg

[–] snowkarl@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Everton not in threat of relegation so they just phoned this game in. Kinda pathetic.

[–] Newera2121@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Commentator just said Kudos wasn’t feigning injury. I mean the way he jumped up to confront Pickford, he clearly was!

[–] avolcando@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

DCL did well there, poor touch from Doucoure

[–] spursyspursy@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Why did I think these two teams would, like, do stuff

[–] Thegunner19@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

oh, DCL is actually on the pitch? Crazy

[–] BoxOfNothing@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

He's started 5 games in a row, and made 2 sub appearances in the 2 games before that

[–] edwardfortehands@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Paqueta’s parlay is in danger

[–] Jeremycycles@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

What a stupid challenge he knows he would be out next week

[–] CitrusRabborts@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Didn't think there was any contact on that Branthwaite foul

[–] CobiLUFC@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

That pass out of play by Garner sums this half up.

Absolutely turgid

[–] Destructo_D@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Christ some quality anywhere would be nice

[–] JinxLB@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

So is Branthwaite an insane talent or is the rest of the squad just relatively poor so he stands out?

[–] iamPause@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I love all the space around the pitch. It means players can actually run full tilt near the edges without having to worry about falling into a drainage abyss or going headlong into advert boards

[–] MoyesNTheHood@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Branthwaite looks decent so far

[–] Yurilovescats@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Everton's kit is as boring as their football.

[–] ExtemeFilms@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Did Beto die?

[–] Kevgongiveit2ya@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Never touched him…

[–] dogefc@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

How fucking long did he play advantage for there

[–] CitrusRabborts@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

How was that not a foul from that Kudus stamp

[–] Stavrosian@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Why is everybody mad at Pickford for calling out cheating rather than mad at the guy cheating?

"If we shout handball enough they might eventually give it"

[–] Grekm8@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Harrison is terrible

[–] MoyesNTheHood@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Well that was certainly one of the games of all time

[–] efcdoyley@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Kudus on the floor for about a minute and immediately gets up to have a go at Pickford was funny

[–] iamPause@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

How different are the keepers' kits allowed to be? Pickford has an entirely different crest on his

[–] Yurilovescats@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Two of the most boring teams in the league, playing in the worst stadium in the world. How the hell did this get picked for a Super Sunday game?

[–] Imsosaaad@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Not the most entertaining watch

[–] PiratesStan@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Honestly not sure which was more pathetic, Paqueta giving the ball away in a dangerous spot and not tracking back, or Harrison completely blowing a 3-1 and not even getting a shot off.

[–] Willm727384@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I look at our team, we have good players, we should be able to play good football. But we are so dull sometimes.

[–] dogefc@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Onana needs to run with the ball more often. He’s so quick and strong, really hard to stop

Kudus lashed out their at Tarky

How’s VAR not Looked at that

[–] kitfan34@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Never heard West Ham so silent feels like lockdown again (except when Pickford's on the ball)

[–] s0ngsforthedeaf@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Do West Ham need their opponents to be really attacking and high pressing or something.

Their record against bottom half teams is pretty good...

[–] Hits_and_the_Mrs@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I want to see a full on brawl, I can feel it coming

[–] endofautumn@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

If there was a kit made to sum up the dullness and unexceptional nature of this match, it is Everton's grey kit.

[–] NoKidsButImADaddy@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Pretending to have a head injury. Oh dear.

[–] Don_Tommasino_5687@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Cannot stand Pickford. Such an arrogant, aggressive prick. He’s not even THAT good in goal, either.

[–] Destructo_D@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Patterson really not showing that he should start over Young. Coleman please come back

[–] Runarhalldor@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Harrison is definitely not great

[–] _rickjames@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I mean, it's better than watching England bat right now

[–] Galerader@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Halftime highlights are going to be of El Clasico yesterday

[–] Simmyho@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

The worst half of football I've seen this season

[–] PurpleSi@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Shocking header. Or, more accurately, necker.

[–] CC-W@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

This Everton kit is awful, they are dressed like a coca cola flavoured maoam stripe

[–] MICOTINATE@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

Sky trying to stretch that one fucked chance into a full half time show

[–] PurpleSi@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago
[–] dogefc@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

It’s so quiet

[–] stefcha@alien.top 1 points 1 year ago

I've taken the time to put together some comprehensive first half highlights:
