A simple question to remind you of the first time you experienced that unique feeling, whether it was positive or negative.

PSV 2 - 0 FC Twente. April 14 2007 My neighbours had moved to Eindhoven from Ireland and we went to visit them over the Easter break. Did a tour of the philipsstadion and went to the game. It was a special one!

For me it was the World Cup 2022! Canada vs Croatia. Saw Modrić, Gvardiol, Kovacic, and Alphonso Davies. Loved it.

Exeter City vs. Forest Green Rovers at SJP.

Ref sucked, Big Bank was a fantastic atmosphere and the pies were elite.

England v Mexico

Inverness Caledonian thistle v Celtic in 2015. Inverness scraped an amazing draw against celtic and it was the best introduction to football because no one won. So in future i didn't have winning expectations every time.

Real Madrid - Osasuna. I have no clue what year it was. Perhaps something like 2008. They scored first and I think we ended up winning 3-1. Great day, thanks dad.

Not a Man Utd or Arsenal fan but my uncle took me to see the FA Cup semi final at Villa Park in 1999.

Giggs famous solo goal, Beckham curling one in, Bergkamp scored a beauty and Anelka had a goal ruled out for offside.

I thought all games would be like this

Dodgers Stadium , Real Madrid vs Everton and LA Galaxy vs Juventus. Was an amazing experience, never had the opportunity to see a live sporting event due to economic circumstances. To see a stack Real Madrid, Everton , Juventus and LA Galaxy was amazing .

Brentford vs Wycombe or Brentford vs Wigan. I saw them both, not sure which was first either 2000/01 season or 2001/02. Bristol Rovers soon after that - Michael Dobson pen to make it 1-1. Good Brentford team back in the day with Owusu and Stephan Hunt - Crazy how far they have come

I went to a Metrostars game I remember very little about in the 90s

First international friendly - 2007 Ireland vs Ecuador at Giants Stadium

First Euro teams were a few days later at the same place AEK vs Benfica

First competitive international was USA vs Mexico in Columbus, OH in Feb 2009

First competitive league game in a major league was Southampton vs Manchester United at Old Trafford in December 2017. 0-0 snoozer.
