He's actually (depressingly) a somewhat decent coach, did decent job at Fleetwood and did well getting Rovers back to League 1 and stabilising them

General feeling though is that they've spent a lot of money this year on big signings and results have still remained mediocre.

We've been playing better than our position suggests, but we are where we are. I get the impression the dressing room has become quite toxic, he's called out a number of players publicly and I imagine that has something to do with it.
