Ajax has raised a fortune in player sales in the last few years, they've spent some too. Is this a case of player churn finally hitting a rock, that it doesn't work all the time? How's the youth set up these days?

Akpom maybe, but Berghuis has been one of the best players in the Eredivisie since he joined Feyenoord I'd say, he is absolutely top 5 in the league in terms of quality
