Im really looking forward to getting home from work and playing through the quest. Im actually kind of excited to go through without a guide or anything. Here's hoping for some good luck on the new bosses!

I've been playing RuneScape in some fashion since the mid 2000s and logged in today to realize I've never done a quest without a guide before. I'm a few hours into the quest now and it's been a blast, they smashed this one out of the park.

Same. I guided my way to the quest cape a few years back and haven't kept updated since.

When I have more time to play properly I'm looking forward to guideless quests like this one. For now I only get small doses of playtime and always get drawn into skilling or bossing.

Just did it yesterday on the 20 def, The only really hard parts for me were the Whisperer and the final fight, since I get wrecked by the clones jutsu, ended up taking like 15 brews and a few pnecks in and did the job...

Time to do it on the 1 def next!

EDIT: Took about 12h+ blind on the 20 def, about 5 hours on the 1 def speeding through (last fight is rough! :)

Man they killed the music and thematics on this one.

Boss fights are pretty cool imo. Adds new variety for sure.
