Found this tangled ball of... something? No liquid near it, no movement. I untangled it and was still stumped! It is about 1 foot long Tangled form

Where did you find it? Some context might help. For example, in the bathroom or bed, I’d say it looks like a tapeworm.

I’ve never seen one in person, but that picture of the tangled version looks segmented and worm-like.
