Lemdro.id App List

This is a curated list of various apps for Lemmy, an open-source federated alternative to Reddit. The list includes web apps, Android and iOS clients, as well as Linux and browser extensions.

The Lemdro.id Lemmy App List will be kept updated and evergreen. Feel free to share or pin across your respective communities and instances. Comment below if you have a suggestion.

Don't forget that you can also add the main https://lemdro.id page to your home screen. The mobile version is surprisingly good!

Hi :)

I'm one of the people working on Instance Assistant, a browser extension for Lemmy and Kbin. It lets you switch instances, improves on the 'community not found page', and has a few other tools that we are currently implementing.

Here are some links:

We don't have a clear description, but one that might work could be "Browser extension with tools for Lemmy/Kbin instances and communities"

Installing the PWA for lemdro.id is giving me an error in the notification. I'm using Kiwi browser on Android.

There are also other bugs in the Pwa version of Lemmy. If I install the page as a web app, every time I close it I have to log in again. For example with mastodon it doesn't happen

It happened with me on Kiwi Browser. Just swipe to refresh and it signs in. I think it's a bug.

Now I've moved to Firefox and the installed the PWA there. It always sign me in when I open the PWA.

Can you try clearing your cookies for lemdro.id and re-logging in?

It doesn't help sadly. I have tried different browsers, different apps. Same problem in all cases.
