They assaulted him. No problem. He defended and gets 3 assault charges? I guess we'll see with the court case. But without any evidence to back any of this up, I'm guessing there's a lot more to this story. Anyone have anything else to show what happened?

I’m guessing there’s a lot more to this story.
Complicit and antagonistic law enforcement.
It's a solid default assumption. Remember the trans guy who went out of his way to try to make the 'phobes happy and asked the owner of a gas station which bathroom to use, went to the women's as directed, got the shit kicked out of him by a bunch of ignorant people, and then got arrested?
No amount of capitulation to the 'phobes is ever going to protect us. Appeasement never works. Trans people have to be militant in pursuit of trans rights; the world will not deliver them by default.
Found this video:
Haven't gotten the chance to watch it all yet but the alleged assault appears to occur 30 seconds in. The coverage of this is seemingly biased is one of two directions. The camera work doesn't exactly show the event well. It seems the dude in the kettle helm approaches with something black and vaguely pistol shaped (it looks like a flare gun) then is sprayed with OC spray by Leif.
For anyone to lazy to watch I can at least confirm that some of the people did seem to actually be nazis, flying swastika flags and everything.
As I suspected, this doesn't seem like a case of a guy who did nothing wrong but got charges anyway. For those who didn't watch, His self defense was done behind a line of police officers separating the two groups.one of the nazis seemed to have a small pistol but it wasn't used or possibly even noticed by anyone but the camera person. Not even sure why he took it out with that many cops around. The whole thing is stupid.thanks for the video though, it was illuminating.
