The Steven Raichlen stuff on the PBS app is good too.

Andrew Rea from Babish Culinary Universe on YouTube is my favorite. He has such a soothing personality but at the same time brings energy and excitement to the kitchen.
I also really enjoy Arnie Tex for BBQ and Mexican food, Pailin's Kitchen for Thai food, and Sheldo's kitchen for everything else, all on YouTube
Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted on Disney+ is a nice mix of travel and cooking.
Max Miller's Tasting History and the Townsends. Trying to bone up on old school techniques before the depression.
Brian Lagerstrom
You Suck at Cooking
Culinary Class War on Netflix
This was good.
Anti-Chef on YouTube
