This looks so futuristic. The perfect lawn, the white, round-ish tram, and the neatly lined-up trees. I'd prefer to see more actual nature, wild flowers, bushes, etc, but it still looks cool.

Amazing! No barriers or signage need to keep drivers or pedestrians from driving or walking on the tracks.
