Florida being Florida.

Queensland will probably try this next.

Queensland, Alberta, Florida

I guess the UK is too centralised to have an equivalent.

What’s this conservative reactionary place in your country?

As someone who grew up in Florida, I remember a time when it was common for speeding vehicles to discover a stopped bus in front of them and drive over a bus stop full of people because it was the only exit.

Obviously they shouldn't have been speeding in the first place but Florida is gonna Florida. Not to mention traffic is a shitshow to begin with so if they go back to having busses stop right there in the lane it's only going to make things worse.

I'm probably reading this wrong but it sounds like you're saying, "No, this is actually good in Florida, because if we didn't do this, Floridians would run over people at bus stops."

I'm saying Florida absolutely needs dedicated bus lanes.

Ohhh, they would run over people if there WASN'T a dedicated bus lane. I thought people were, like, speeding in the bus lane, and then had to bail onto the sidewalk to avoid slamming into the back of a bus.
