A lady at the grocery store, unprompted, told me the poorly stacked water cases were DEI. Boomers have 0 idea what the acronym even means
"What would you rather people who struggle to stack water cases be doing to earn a living? Flying planes? Heart surgery?"
I donβt suppose you asked what she could possibly mean? Do you have any speculation?
DEI is a replacement word for the slurs theyβre afraid to say out loud (for now).
They always find a way to pronounce "DEI" with a hard R.
Of course, it's yet another word they use for things they hate, like communism.

It's ironic because FB comments/post in general always have the worst spelling and grammar you've ever seen.

I'll never understand that terminology. Is that where they acknowledge they are racist and someone is treating them poorly because they are? If not, how is it reverse? It's just racism.
