Setting a precedent that billionaires can be arrested for monetarily influencing politics doesn't bode well for them either
Nationalize spacex, force divestment from Tesla, and deport the immigrant that overstayed his visa.
He needs to be bankrupted. Then he needs to be blacklisted. He should never be allowed near money again.
Now do this with every billionaire
This is the way. Designing a new system in which disproportionate hoarding of wealth is impossible in the first place.
