Well the punches keep rolling for the ol' girl.
Just learned yesterday big C. in the bowel. Looks like IV.
The last 8 months have been hell for her ever since that fall and now completely unrelated.. this. Pretty limited therapy when pushing 80yo. She'll be going in for an op but chemo/radio is out of the question. Working out the spread basically means just working out (guessing) how long.
Universe can be cruel.

That was invigorating. I got to start my walk with a game of Pick Up the Rubbish Bin and Chase Down my Rubbish Strewn Down the Street. Just in time too, the truck was collecting it just as we got back.
My new laundry rack and remote control for the garage have both arrived. I think I'll need to move the van to access the controller to program the remote, I might wait until it's not so windy to do that, I'm likely to lose half the contents of the garage if I open the door.
I have a splitting headache. Had 2 Panadol and a coffee about an hour ago, has dulled it a bit, but itβs still there. Today will be unproductive.
I've made another temu order. The one from a little while ago was the first package I'd received in over a decade

Yesterday was International Sausage Roll Day
Had a dream that guests arrived early and we didnβt have the cheese I planned to serve. And another absolutely awful dream (like fucking WHY brain. WHY did you show me that?!), but Iβll choose to think about the cheese.
I think the universe is telling you that you need to buy Emergency Cheese.
Emergency Cheese has a tendency to become a self-fulfilling prophecy. If I have emergency cheese in the fridge, I find I suddenly have an emergency that requires cheese.
Cheese shopping is on the cards for this evening!
