The FDA doesn't inherently get to decide what medicines most people can get, your doctor does (and your insurance may determine whether it's financially realistic). The FDA may influence their decisions, but don't let them offload your health to a corrupted government organization if you have any choice in the matter.

At this point the administration might as well send out the Proud Boys and KKK and just start clubbing people to death. Decimating the CDC, the brain worm actively waging a war on vaccines, defunding essential programs... It's insane.
We need a General fucking strike. It can be our own voluntary lock down during cold and flu season.
I know there's no internal logic here but why are they doing this?
I have the freedom to take Ivermectin to cure any disease or the government dictates my medical choices. The vaccine is evil and will make your heart explode but we won't let liberals take it by choice, even when we cheer for their death. Government shouldn't tell me how to live except "don't take this ultra dangerous drug that you've had 5 times before with no negative impacts"

It is, in fact, unethical for a trial to be configured to withhold a known cureative/preventive agent from the so-called "placebo" group.
It is widely recognized you'd be unnecessarily harming them.
