What the hell? How could they do that in the first place? Wasn't the whole point in forcing Apple to allow alternate app stores to make Apple actually sell the damn phones rather than merely renting them while keeping control?

I say as an American and former Apple fanboy: The EU needs to grow a pair and enforce its rules.
