I’ve asked this before, but had another twist on it.

I have a couple 5W UHF HTs, and they sometimes get used in a dual radio chest pack. Am I running any risk of damaging them by transmitting so close?

It’s pretty common for first responders to run a setup like this, so I’m thinking it’s probably okay?

Should be fine, but you are likely going to desense the other one while transmitting

This has been my experience using multiple HTs on the same band.
