I sure don't. Besides, I'm WAY more likely to die of heart disease. If I get Alzheimer's, well, I'm an American and guns are cheap.

Who would want to know about something they can't change?

Of course they can reduce risk, but the metabolic model of mental health isn't mainstream yet, so most people don't think they can reduce their risk

Personally, I look at the metabolic model and think “yeah; I should be doing those things anyway to have the fullest life I can have.” At that point, it doesn’t really matter what my risk level is, I’m already taking appropriate steps.
