I really wonder what the end goal here was. Would he have married more? Why would he use the same name? Was he just going to take all the money if he got access to the accounts? Where would he go, considering he used his real name. I can't imagine trying to juggle 2 lifes, let alone 3.

Yes, I presume the end goal was to gain access to these womens' bank accounts and steal their money, no doubt. It's not quite outright stated in the article but it's pretty heavily implied. If so, that's what they should have nailed him for and the part that should be illegal. "Felony bigamy?" How the fuck is that even a thing? It's not 1620 anymore... People should be allowed to marry as many or as few people as they want as long as everyone is on board, informed, and consenting. I really fail to see how the hell that's any of the state's business.
