I'm heartened to hear that democrats have even a single policy on anything at all beyond protecting and helping some bloodthirsty genocidal theocrats.

I would definitely agree with the advocates for affordable housing saying that there should be some guarantees, but the bill's sponsor has already said he's considering that going forward. Otherwise, denser mixed housing around public transit sounds great. Bad look for party leadership
