As someone who looks illegal, I’m glad that I left on my own terms. I can’t imagine the horror this man and many like him are going through.

Wait, so now he's MS-13, not that other one Trump keeps butchering the name of? I know they provided zero proof of either, but still...

I think this is going to hurt the White House in the long run. By smearing these people individually, they are highlighting the fact that they are actual humans with life stories, rather than a swarm invading the country.

Simply unworthy of any country. These are truly rogue state posts directly from the official White House account. Malicious. Vile. What a disgrace.

So he visited him and then what…. Back into the cell? They didn’t take him right then and there?

I had the same thought, this is so peak lib.

You’re there with the guy, and you have a court ruling saying facilitate his return. Do that, by cuffing him to yourself, and demanding they let you both walk away. El Salvador don’t want heat from abducting a US statesman.

But no, this is just a photo op it seems.

I do appreciate the idea of the handcuff thing, but they'd just cut it off or pick the lock.

Even if they don't abduct him, they'd probably be more willing to rough him up.

Gotta say, detaining a sitting US senator would be a hell of an escalation.

I think they mean Garcia isn't coming back, not the Senator.

As is evident in damn near every Trump social media post, they're not big on things like clarity in writing, grammar, proper use of capitalization, correct punctuation or things as simple as a fucking paragraph.

The New York Times should publish this as its front page tomorrow, with malicious edits and all, and address it below.

Ever time I think Republicans have hit bottom they find another shovel.

MS-13 member according to which judge and jury? What exactly is he charged with? As long as we're ditching the justice system, we the people might as well make some extrajudicial convictions too.
